In 2017 Davey was made redundant, diagnosed with clinical depression and to cope put on 70lbs in 6 months through binge eating. In January 2018 Davey had the 'New Year, New Me' moment and lost the weight, came off medication for depression and learnt about mindset.
Rob is an internationally accredited mindset coach and NLP Practitioner. Whilst training to be a coach, and therefore being coached himself, Rob
realised that he had suffered from depression after the passing of his Dad. He had been determined to be strong for his Mum and brother, but in the long run, it impacted his mental health.
The 'Become The Wolf' movement was developed to help men overcome anxiety and depression and live an incredible life. Members put #BECOMETHEWOLF in their social media bio's and on their posts to show other men support!
